There’s no better way to experience The Fast Car Festival than having an allocated club area inside the show. 

Club stands must have a minimum of five cars. Club bookings are subject to space availability and we reserve the right to close entry before the closing date. DO NOT purchase public tickets for a club stand, as these will not be valid.

Club booking closes Friday 9th June 2017.

Club Show Entry Prices:

We have a range of club ticket options available at The Fast Car Festival 2017:

Club Entry (Day Entry Only) £10*


Club Weekend Ticket (Show Entry and Camping Saturday Night ONLY): £25*


Our Combo Ticket includes Day Admission to Japfest Donington on Saturday 1st July, Weekend Camping Friday 1st July and Saturday 2nd July and Day Admission to The Fast Car Festival on 2nd July. £35*

Up to TWO children aged 14 and under FREE with each paying adult. Additional children £5 each. Please note, all cars must be Japanese models if you are displaying on Saturday 1st July

If you attended The Fast Car Festival in 2016 your club has already been added to the booking page and your 2017 password will have been emailed to your club secretary. If you haven’t received this, please email or call 01959 541444.

Please Note: Upon completing your registration for Club Entry to the event, you will be required to complete all fields relating to the vehicles attending the shows. We will need the make, model, registration and year of registration. Please make sure you have this information before completing your booking, as you will be unable to register without this. I want to attend with my club display at the show?

What time will clubs be allowed access?

Club cars will be allowed access from 06:00 providing that you have the relevant tickets and passes.

How many cars does a club have to bring?

The minimum number of cars allowed on a club stand is 5, there is no maximum amount.

We want to put up a gazebo and banners around our stand, is this ok?

We retain the right to charge you for the space (dependent on size). You will also need to fill in the risk assessment and make sure that it is securely erected. Banners advertising your club are fine as long as they are suitable and in your area.

Can we raise money for a charity at the event?

Yes If you are a registered charity or part of a registered charity.

Can we sell things from our stand?

You are allowed to sell branded club merchandise only e.g. t-shirts, stickers etc. You must not sell anything else that is not related directly to your club.

Can we sell tickets for a raffle or run a tombola from our stand?

No this not allowed.

Can I bring my pet with me?

No, unfortunately the venue does not allow any form of animal/pet in the venue (only registered guide dogs are allowed).

What time can I leave?

The show closes at 17:30 and you may be asked to return to your stand before this time if it is deemed unsafe for vehicle movement due to the volume of pedestrians.

Is there a Club Booking Fee?

Yes – each club booking will incur a £2.00 booking fee.

Will the tickets and passes be sent to me?

Both the tickets and vehicle passes will be print at home. On booking you will receive a confirmation email that will show the number of tickets and passes purchased. No later than two weeks prior to the event the E Ticket and Vehicle Pass will be emailed to you, these will need to be printed and displayed for entry.
I have changed vehicle or registration, does that matter? Your vehicle pass will have your vehicle information printed which will be checked on entry, the vehicle passes are therefore non-transferable. If you need to change your details please contact our team on 01959 541444.
